For addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales, we use detailed Ordnance Survey maps, exclusive to these regions and admired for their heritage and accuracy. For international addresses, we use our classic global mapping style, chosen for its timeless beauty and refined clarity. Can I add my own occasions, locations, and dates?

Yes! When you order, you’ll be asked to provide the following information:

• The two names for the title.
• The occasions for the hearts (your own wording).
• The three addresses or locations for the maps.
• Dates for each occasion (optional).

Your frame will be uniquely tailored to your instructions.

Can I provide coordinates instead of addresses for the maps?

Yes, we can work with coordinates or addresses! When providing coordinates, we recommend also including a little information about the location to ensure we have the correct spot.

For example:

‘51.50616218361248, -0.18175367881111615 – Kensington Gardens, London, next to the lake.’

To find coordinates on Google Maps:

1. Hover your mouse over the exact spot, right-click, and select the coordinates.
2. Left-click to copy and paste them into your order.

Can you create maps for overseas locations?

Yes, we create maps for locations worldwide!

• For mainland England, Scotland, and Wales, we use the beautifully detailed Ordnance Survey maps.*
• For locations outside the UK, we use equally stunning alternative maps, as shown in the examples below.

Do you need full addresses, or can I use city names or countries?

We can work with:

• Full addresses or precise coordinates (e.g. ‘51.50616218361248, -0.18175367881111615 – Kensington Gardens’).
• Town or city names (e.g. Venice).
• Country names (e.g. Italy).

If you provide a full address, we’ll include a red pin on the map to mark the exact location.

Will my heart maps be 3D like in the images?

Yes! The 3D effect is a standard feature of our heart map frames. We carefully overlay each heart map with an exact replica to create the stunning, eye-catching 3D design.
